Training BGTK Banten Staff

Supported the implementation of a digital skills training program for BGTK Banten staff, focusing on fundamental computer literacy, spreadsheet management with Microsoft Excel, and document processing using Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Facilitated learning activities and provided hands-on assistance to help participants improve their efficiency in data management and administrative tasks. Through this experience, I developed strong communication, training support, and problem-solving skills while contributing to workforce digital capability development.
